RADIANT RECITERS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Customers can CANCEL order only before the Order has been shipped/Dispatched. After the Product/s have been shipped, The Customer CANNOT Cancel the Orders.
Return/ replacement requests will only be entertained if the item was received damaged, on the same day as the package is received. We would require a video of the unboxing.
PLEASE do not accept the parcel if the box is received damaged.
In case of any Refunds approved by the RADIANT RECITERS, it’ll take 2-7 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
